Pittura policroma su tela raffigurante il Buddha trascendente Amitayus, caratterizzato dalla pelle rossastra e qui ritratto nella sua canonica postura: seduto in posizione padmasana, le mani poggiate in grembo nel gesto dhyanamudra che accolgono la kalasa, la fiala contenente l'elisir di lunga vita. Il personaggio è inoltre abbellito da una corona a cinque punte, vesti fluttuanti e gioielli preziosi. Alla base del fiore di loto su cui poggia sono presenti delle offerte devozionali, mentre tutto intorno sono ritratte duecento versioni del Buddha Amitabha. 93 X 65 cm dipinto.

Polychrome painting on canvas, depicting the transcendent Buddha Amitayus, characterized by the reddish skin, and here in his canonical position: sitting in the padmasana position, the hands in the dhyanamudra position, holding the kalasa, the vial containing the elixir of long life. The figure is also enriched by a five pointed crown, flowing robes and precious jewels. At the base of the lotus flower on which he sits are votive offerings, while all around are depicted two hundred versions of the Buddha Amitabha. Painting 93x65 cm.
