Horseman, nude but for his helmet, striking downwards with a spear held in his r. hand, with a shield over his far shoulder and holding two reserve spears in his l. hand, riding a horse galloping to r.; in the field behind him, ΣΙ; below, ΛΥΚΩΝ; in the field to r., over the horse's head, Nike flying left bearing a wreath to crown the cavalryman; Rv. ΤΑΡΑΣ, Phalanthos, nude, holding a kantharos in his outstretched r. hand and a trident in his l., riding a dolphin swimming to l.; in the field to r., Γ[Y].Vlasto 727-9; HN Italy 1004.
