Cassa n. 333158 carrè arcuata in oro rosa 18 kt (ottimo). Quadrante argentato con indici applicati, secondi al 6 (originale, indelebile, eccellente). Movimento n. 499445 a carica manuale con regolazione micrometrica (ottimo). Quadrante, cassa e movimento firmati. Completo di fibbia in oro originale.
Dim. mm 43x36. C. curved cushion-shaped, 18K pink gold (very good). D. silvered with applied indexes, subsidiary seconds (original, indelible, excellent). M. manual winding with swan-neck regulator (very good). Dial, case end movement signed. Accompanied by Vacheron Constantin 18K gold buckle.
This model was made during the 50s, the first reference number 4822 with the movement manual winding. Afterwords we find the references 4764 and 6440 with the movement self-winding.
