Testrite Cinelarger era prodotto dalla Testrite Instrument Company di New York, come strumento per consentire agli utenti di creare immagini singole da pellicole 8 mm, solitamente dei propri filmati domestici. Utilizza pellicola medio formato e l'intenzione era quella di produrre un negativo sufficientemente grande per la stampa a contatto. Non è presente un otturatore, l'esposizione avviene ponendo l'obiettivo sotto una fonte luminosa. E' costruita con il corpo in bakelite nera. Condizioni da normale utilizzo. Non testata. Possibili malfunzionamenti e/o parti mancanti.
Testrite Cinelarger was produced by the Testrite Instrument Company in New York as a tool to allow users to create single images from 8 mm film, usually for their home movies. It uses medium format film and it was supposed to produce a negative large enough for contact printing. There is no shutter, the exposure occurs by placing the lens under a light source. It has a black bakelite body. In a normal use condition. Not tested. Possible malfunctions and/or missing parts.
