Lettera firmata del celebre condottiero di risposta al Conte Vacca in cui lo ringrazia per un sonetto e un messaggio di buon auspicio ".. che porta seco il pronostico d'un bene qual sarebbe veramente desiderabile all'Italia e che io bramo più d'ogni altro per il Piemonte". La lettera venne scritta dal campo imperiale di Landau durante il terzo assedio della città che si concluse con la sconfitta francese.

Signed letter of reply by the famous general to Count Vacca in which he thanks him for a sonnet and his greetings. The letter was written in the imperial camp of Landau during the third siege of the city that ended with the French defeat.
