Rara prima edizione, copia di presentazione dedicata dai tre artisti a Jeannette Ducrocq Tanguy "dont les rives et la tristesse on notre amitié pour miroir Paul Eluard, René Char, André Breton". Durante il periodo in cui Yves Tanguy fu sposato con la sua prima moglie Jeannette, Breton gli diede uno stipendio e un contratto per dipingergli 12 quadri l'anno. Esemplare n. 245 di 300 copie su carta Lafuma-Navarre.
