in 2008 Marco Speri decided, thanks to the support of his father Benedetto, to start his personal project in Fumane, inside the heart of Valpolicella Classica. A part from an agency who let them know and which counts on 15 hectares of vineyards for a production of 75.000, today there is also a wine to remind that begin : the first Marco Speri's wine, an oenological experiment lasted 13 years (it's a wine matured for 7 years in big wood and for other 3 years in bottle). The name choosed was born from assonance between "Fumetto" (comic book) and "Fumane" so in the label there are a lot of comic book signs : from the stylization of father Benedetto's face to the election of Barack Obama as president of USA; from the launch of the iPhone in 22 counties in the world to the Bejing's olympic games; from the find of the water on Mars to the failure of the Lehman Brothers, till the liberation of the reporter Ingrid Betancourt.


Just 3000 bottles producted, numbered, packaged in cases ad hoc, for a wine which remind and thanks pope Benedetto and from the external it's all modernity, while inside it's all tradion
