Buona copia di questa ricercata edizione del Boccaccio riccamente illustrata. "Un des livres illustres des plus reussis de tout le XVIII siecle" Cohen De Ricci (158 -161).
5 volumi, 8vo (203 x 130mm). Ritratto, frontespizi e 22 tavole in ciascun volume per un totale di 115 tavole da Gravelot, Boucher, Cochin and Eisen, incise in rame da Aliamet, Baquoy, Flipart, Legrand, Lemire, Lempereur, numerose testatine e finalini (alcune bruniture e fioriture). Pelle marmorizzata coeva con piatti decorati da triplice filetto dorato, dorso, unghie e tagli dorati, sguardie marmorizzate (giunture e cuffie un po' rovinate, estremità graffiate). 5 volumes, 8vo (203 x 130mm). Portrait, frontispieces, 22 plates in each volume for a total of 115 plates engraved by Gravelot, Boucher, Cochin and Eisen, engraved by Aliamet, Baquoy, Flipart, Legrand, Lemire, Lempereur, numerous head and tail pieces (some browning and spotting). Contemporary calf, triple gilt fillet border, gilt spine and inlays, marbled endpapers (hinges and spine ends a bit worn, extremities rubbed). Provenance: Robert Nossam (bookplate). (5)
